About Renee

I am a certified Hatha and Yin Yoga teacher. I've incorporated a blend of various yoga flows with mobility exercises to create a method aimed at effectively alleviating physical pain.

Why Yoga?

Yoga is the perfect choice if you want to be more flexible, more relaxed and want to get rid of pain. It also has an amazing effect as a ‘cool down’ exercise after doing sports or before sleep.
